Shipping policy

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via DHL.

Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to redirect shipments once they are on their way.

Note that your billing address must match the address associated with your credit card.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to verify your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to minimize any delays.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays due to remote locations or adverse weather conditions.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Germany: Free shipping for orders over EUR 100, otherwise EUR 4.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

EU countries: Free shipping for orders over EUR 100, otherwise EUR 13.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

European countries outside the EU: EUR 19.99
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

International shipping*: EUR 19.99
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

*Currently, we ship internationally to the following countries: Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, United Arab Emirates. If your country is not listed, please contact us in advance for a custom shipping quote.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

All shipments within Europe (including non-EU countries such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland) are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all taxes and duties are included in our prices, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

For all shipments outside of Europe (excluding the United Kingdom and Switzerland), local import duties, customs clearance charges, and VAT may apply. Please check with your local customs office for more information. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
